Was zeichnet mich aus?

I believe that organisations, teams and individuals encounter blocks during their development which prevent them from reaching the next step. I work with my clients to identify and eventually overcome these obstacles so that they get closer to achieve their full potential. My focus is on triggering self-reflection and meaningful conversations. For this I do team workshops, individual coaching and focused trainings if necessary. Scrum, Kanban and other approaches are valuable tools for me. I use those and more to help my clients find their own approach.

Peter is the first coach I ever worked with and I couldn't have wished for a better one. Our sessions are always the perfect amount of structured without feeling forced. While talking to him comes easily, I am often left with a sense of revelation in the end. Peter is a very sharp observer and successfully asks exactly the questions that lead me to change my thinking and behavioral patterns and evolve personally as well as professionally. What I cherish most about Peter is his straightforwardness that he applies without ever being judging. Combined with his dry humour and his apt anekdotes Peter manages to create the perfect talking enviroment, with the result that our sessions rarely feel like work. I highly recommend Peter to everyone who is looking for a coach.

Big changes in short period of time
I didn't have any coaching experience before Peter. Our coaching session had about 5 meetings. The result of each meeting exceeded all of my expectations. It was not just the solution of initially proposed issue but also slight push to more global changes in myself for the future. What I liked the most is that Peter doesn't give you the solution directly but use various methods to help you to find one in yourself, the one which works best for you. I highly recommend Peter to everyone who is looking for the coach.

I was lucky to work with Peter for longer than a year and a half. Peter worked as scrum master and I was a developer. Peter was excellent scrum master and he highly influenced company organization, but even more important he had a strong influence on us as developers. I had a chance to learn a lot from Peter, he was always happy to share with me his knowledge, books, sessions, and opinions. Working with Peter is a very easy task, he is highly "straight-forward" person, always open to critics and constructive debate. He is very dedicated to his tasks and always have "big picture". Peter also know a high variety of tools and methods for doing scrum master job and being an agile coach.
