I have worked with Birgit Gosejakob several times since I met her in 2006. The first time, she helped me with time management and keeping myself focussed on priorities as I grew my business. She then helped my successfully growing company resolve some internal personal conflicts - we all went away from this coaching with a better understanding of each other and new motivation to work constructively together. After this experience, I went to Birgit (she is fluent in both English and German) every time my company had a competence requirement that we could not cover in our small management team. From customer acquisition training to supporting management recruitment: Birgit has such a wide range of corporate experience and coaching know-how, I was able to outsource the work of almost an entire HR and Training department to her which was absolutely invaluable during my start-up process.
