I had the great pleasure of working with Matthias as a trainer and facilitator for a team workshop aimed at working towards common goals, an overall strategy, the solution of operational challenges and getting to know each other better. Matthias convinced with a high degree of purposeful preparation and follow-up as well as a very professional and empathic performance competence. For us as a team, it was important that we not only talk about topics at the meta level, but also leave the workshop with results. Matthias was able to achieve this, not least by his extremely sensitive and precise observation of the needs.
