Get help. Therapy is for those who are suffering but don't know how to use their power to better their mental health. The aim is to provoke positive changes and decrease inhibition. My person-centered approach will facilitate internal and external struggles, and improve internal awareness. Therapy helps with attention deficits, memory and learning. Body-focused therapy combined with talk therapy enhances emotional regulation, trauma (prevention, inhibition & recovery), tension, identity confusion, muscle relaxation, lowering blood pressure, regaining homeostasis, brain behaviour and wellbeing.
