My coaching methodology is mainly based on Dr. George Kohlrieser's Interpersonal Communication, Negotiation, and Conflict Management approach to Leadership, as well as in Eric Berne's Transactional Analysis model, and Daniel Goleman's Emotional Intelligence concept. I also refer to Stephen Covey's and Kenneth Blanchard's thinking on Management & Leadership. This approach allows highly effective coaching upon individuals, teams, and organizations. Additionally, my business background allows me to put myself in the shoes of business managers, executives and leaders.
