My Coaching Approach: - Support people in their personal and career development - Assist clients to explore their internal family systems and thus gain clarity about their inner drivers and beliefs - Coaching is an open exploratory process in which I assist clients to steer their aqareness and experience the current moment in a mindful and non-judgemental manner - Mindfulness and unity of body and mind play as guiding principles - Underlying theories: Internal Family Systems Therapy (IFS), Hakomi (a form of mindfulness-centered somatic psychotherapy)
