Meine Coaching-Philosophie

In professional literature, coaching is defined as a change process and a development tool to achieve one´s goals. My view is a lot broader; coaching is a way of being in the world, a way of leading oneself and leading others. I believe in a type of coaching that helps clients discover their strengths, build on them to achieve their goals and create their own leadership style. My clients are senior executives and international teams based mainly in UK, Germany and Spain. They value my international management experience, warm and empathetic style, structured and energetic approach.
